My new coaching shirt – with the elevate360coaching logo and slogan on the back. My daughter wore the first one – out of conviction. She knows this attitude: Mental strength is the key to lasting success.
The ideal: An athlete is the leader on the pitch.
He makes decisions under pressure, stays focused, and regulates his emotions – just like a leader in dynamic organizations.
As a former handball player, I have experienced firsthand how powerful the connection between mental strength and physical performance can be.
Then as now, the following applies: Those who are mentally clear, present and in harmony with themselves perform when it counts – and exceed their own expectations.
In my coaching work, I see every day what becomes possible when people find access to their resources:
👉 A football player who plays with freedom at the decisive moment – because he has internally transformed a previous experience.
👉 A leader who makes clear and courageous decisions – because they have reflected on and strengthened their inner convictions.
Mental strength arises when the conscious and subconscious minds work together.
The head decides – with clear thinking and inner freedom.
The subconscious provides the energy, confidence and emotional stability for this.
As a sports mental coach and leadership coach, I support people in strengthening precisely this connection – for more clarity, effectiveness, and ease in action.
Because: Whoever trains their own mind – leads the game.
