Over 30 years of international business and leadership experience - most recently as Vice President at SAP.

Extensive management training at the St. Gallen Business School, with a focus on strategy, leadership, and decision-making logic.

Since 2014, I have been supporting executives, entrepreneurs, and high-performing professionals in challenging decision-making and leadership situations.

Professional Certified Coach (PCC, ICF) with several hundred documented coaching hours in executive and leadership contexts.

Trained as a Master Coach (DVNLP / EANLP), among other qualifications, with additional advanced training in systemic coaching, leadership, and mental coaching.

My experience in competitive sports continues to shape my work to this day - particularly in dealing with pressure, focus, and mental stability.

This combination of business reality, management expertise, and professional coaching enables me to work with clients on an equal footing - strategically sound, personally effective, and sustainable.
