Reflective & resilient founders as a success factor for successful startups

Over the past few years, I've been responsible for, among other things, startup engagement at SAP. With my background as a coach, people sustainability expert, and startup expert, I've noticed that startup founders, in particular, neglect a key success factor: investing in their own leadership skills . Since creating transparency on this issue is a personal concern of mine, I'd like to explicitly address this challenge and possible solutions in today's article.
