Last week, I was in Cologne to get certified as a practitioner with hashtag#Zortify – a very mature startup I’ve known since my time at SAP, where I supported them through the SAP Startup Engagement Program (2018–2021).
Even back then, I was fascinated by their idea: using the Big Five personality traits to create meaningful psychological profiles and unlock entrepreneurial potential.
🧠 Today, Zortify has taken it even further:
The tool is now AI-based and can generate a nuanced personality profile from just a few sentences in response to specific prompts – efficiently and with scientific grounding.
It can even identify destructive capital and narcissistic tendencies.
💡 As a coach, my central question was:
How can this be meaningfully applied to business and leadership coaching?
My conclusion: It fits perfectly.
Coaching becomes truly impactful when there's awareness of limiting patterns. Without this awareness, meaningful change is hard to initiate.
🎯 The Zortify profile provides a powerful entry point for awareness and reflection – not just for personality assessments or hiring decisions, but especially for transformation work.
📈 Better awareness leads to better decisions – and ultimately, better business outcomes.
I've seen this firsthand at SAP, where sustainable leadership had a measurable impact on both culture and performance.
✅ That’s why I’ll be offering the Zortify personality analysis as a powerful starting point in my coaching engagements – especially for awareness building and goal clarification.
📊 I’ve also attached my Transformation Cycle as a photo, showing how awareness, behavioral change, and 360° reflection lead to more effective decision-making.
