Service Description
Performance in sports is based on several pillars. Besides technique, training, and physical fitness, mental strength plays a central role. Only through the interplay of physical and mental preparation can stable and sustainable performance develop. In sports mental coaching, I support ambitious athletes in specifically developing their mental strength and reliably accessing their performance potential, even under pressure. The focus is on focus, self-confidence, decision-making skills, and constructively managing expectations, competitive pressure, and setbacks. Dialogue creates space to consciously reflect on personal performance processes and specifically strengthen mental resources.
