Cancellation Policy

Responsibility for Scheduling and Progress You are responsible for scheduling and determining the frequency of your sessions, as only you can know when the next step in your development is meaningful. Your initiative in booking appointments serves as an indicator of your willingness to change and your progress toward your goals. At the beginning, I recommend weekly or bi-weekly sessions. As you move closer to your goals, the need for coaching sessions usually decreases. Please inform me at least 12 hours in advance if you need to reschedule an appointment, so I can adjust my planning accordingly. Thank you for your understanding! All stated prices are gross prices and include statutory VAT. For travel to appointments outside of my main location, I charge a mileage allowance of €0.50 per kilometer driven. Billing is based on the actual distance traveled (round trip).
